Key Responsibilities Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing to develop enablement resources and programming Map sales processes with customer buying processes to enhance skills and tools for sales teams Develop and manage a rolling 12-month Sales Enablement roadmap and analyze GTM team productivity Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in an enablement leadership role supporting go-to-market teams Experience in developing effective sales playbooks and training programs Ability to create and track metrics demonstrating increases in sales productivity Direct field sales experience is a plus Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
